"i thought something was wrong me" tia mowry shares candid photo of her tummy 7 weeks after child birth as she not every woman snaps back immediately
Tia Mowry has been quite real about her childbirth journey and her followers are praising her for it.
Though she hasn't gotten her post baby body back since giving birth, she isn't trying to pretend about it and has been sharing candid photos of herself with the extra weight.
She just shared a photo of what her tummy looks like 7 weeks after the birth of her daughter. She still has a bulge and she revealed it was the same way with her son.
The Sister Sister actress said she initially thought something was wrong with her when she didn't snap back like other women, but she has now realized that it's normal and she has accepted herself that way.
She wrote: "7 weeks #postpartum. Some #pregnantwomen after giving birth no longer have a belly after 7 weeks. While others it may take a little longer. Me, I’m the latter. I remember after giving birth to Cree, my belly didn’t all of a sudden go flat. I did have a C-Section, (as well as with my second pregnancy) and I thought something was wrong with me. I had seen in magazines the many women on the beach a few weeks #postpartum in a two piece. To be honest, it had to take time for me to embrace my new body. With this second pregnancy, I now have embraced that fact that I’ve housed a human being. A miracle. A life. If it takes a while for me to get back to my normal self, than so be it. This.Is.Me. And I love me. ?? #momlife #motherhood #7weeks"

A lot of people were impressed with Tia's candid post and praised her for being real.
A nanny replied to her post, writing: "Thank you for keeping it real @tiamowry!!! I’m a nanny for wealthy families and you would be surprised how many new moms are more concerned with #snapback pics for the gram than their babies’ well being!!!! "
